Performance by the Teddy Bear Band and live Skating Performances. In the evening around 6:30pm, there will be Fireworks in Rice Park. Ribbon Cutting at the Wells Fargo WinterSkate Rink at 7:00pm. The rink opens for Skating at 7:15pm and will stay open until February. Bring the family for an evening of fun and surprises.
