A Scottish Ramble, Landmark, 11am-4pm. festival begins with the Minnesota Police Pipe Band leading a foot parade around Rice Park. It also features dance groups from around the region, additional pipe bands, and other traditional Scottish music performances, cultural information sessions, as well as food and merchandise vendors. $6 adult/$4 child
